Despite our rigorous testing and inspection of the watches, we cannot guarantee a 100% defect rate for all products.
For defective products, we will handle them according to the following circumstances:
Case 1: Functional defects, such as a damaged movement, broken strap, stuck clasp, or broken glass.
Solution: Free replacement of brand new parts.
Case 2: Cosmetic defects, such as obvious scratches on the case, dirty dial, dirty hands, or minor scratches on the glass.
Solution: Replacement of parts (requires the customer to replace), or a coupon compensation.
Case 3: Assembly defects, such as incorrect strap orientation, minor dust, crown too long, or loose strap screws.
Solution: Self-repair, or coupon compensation.
Case 4: Wrong watch model sent.
Solution: Free replacement; incorrect item does not need to be returned.
